Shadow of chernobyl i really don't know anymore since i played it back in the day, would feel like a pretty limited experience since it's missing those call of pripyat features and it probably has some bugs somewhere though not sure. One mission did glitch out since i couldn't get the papers from some guy into my inventory which was somehow important for mission or ending but that was a long time ago i played it, still fnished the game. Call of pripyat is the most polished game of all stalker games, for some reason i enjoyed call of pripyat the most. Though i've never used mods on any stalker games or most of video games i played.

You might also have to edit the fsgame.ltx file for the mod to start checking the gamedata folder but I'm not 100% sure on that as I might be confusing it with another mod. Also make sure files are going to the right place because there are a lot of subfolders like gamedata\configs or gamedata\meshes, gamedata\textures etc. With the first few mods this will be easy because tje gamedate folder is empty so there will be no files that can be overwritten but the more addons you copy to the gamedata folder and the more files and folders added to it you will eventually be prompted to overwrite files and this is where addons can mess up the game and you have to reinstall. Download and unzip addons to a seperate folder so you can view the contents and then copy them over to the gamedata folder. Call Of Chernobyl folder and all addons go in here so if this folder is not there just create one which is what I did.
